"We had an amazing stay at Caves Resort and would absolutely give it 5 stars. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the staff were—my mum has an injured leg and was finding it difficult to manage the third floor, and without any hassle they happily moved us to a first-floor room, which made a huge difference to our stay. The food was another highlight. There was a great selection every day, and the variety constantly changed, so we were genuinely spoilt for choice throughout our visit. No two days felt the same when it came to dining. The resort itself is massive, with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe, so it never felt crowded and you could always find a perfect spot to unwind. On top of that, the staff were very polite and welcoming across the board, which really added to the overall experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. I will be back"

"Great hotel. Food and drinks are true quality. Rooms are well designed and spotlessly clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Gardens are beautiful and the beach is clean and added bonus of a waiter bringing you drinks to your sunbed. Would recommend if you want to relax. "

"This wasn’t my first stay at this resort, but this time I experienced some check‑in complications due to technical issues with my reservation—problems that were beyond the reception staff’s control and caused a delay. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. Thanks to their warm hospitality and attentive care, what could have been an annoying booking problem turned into a truly wonderful experience, reaffirming my belief that this resort is an unparalleled destination in every way."

"The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice."

"I’ve rarely written a bad review because I believe most things don’t make that much impact on me. This hotel is different. Building noise, not great food, almost unusable wifi, old tired rooms, dirty in room fridge, air con that’s old and noisy and sounds like it’s about to break. The construction noise can’t be helped but I’d avoid this hotel for the next 6-8 months because the drilling and sawing went on and on and on until 8pm. It was dreadful. Staff were generally helpful and nice but I’d say I was disappointed by the room and it was just very tired and rundown."

"The resort itself was a well run resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did feel the room coffee limit of four pods was a bit stingy for a 8 night stay. The food was very diverse and delicious. We would definitely stay there again. "
