"Everything was really good but did not receive 5 star service that I was hoping for! Breakfast is amazing! Facilities are really good! However I booked for massage through their online system and on the day they said they don’t have the booking and the spa did not have two people hammam massage available at the same time! So one of the most important relaxing activities that I wanted to do on our holiday I coudnt! And reception stuff simply just said sorry without any real emotion! "

The housekeeping staff who did turn down each night left extra chocolates for my father who had commented on how much he enjoyed them. "The staff made this stay excellent - especially Santiago who checked us in and was happy to recommend local eateries for us upon request. The room was spacious and the spa / pool facilities were excellent.
There are only few niggles that could do with improvement: the lighting within the room, the availability of room air conditioning year round and a more extensive breakfast (greater fruit availability).
That being said, we would definitely return. Truly the staff were so hospitable and kind, and the spa facilities were impressive particularly at the price point. "
