"A very enjoyable stay in a clean (small) room with a fresh breakfast and friendly staff. It is about an 8- to 10-minute walk from King’s Cross station. "
"There were not adequate outlets for electronics. When Isharged my Apple Watch in the receptacle for a razor it blew the circuit breaker. I was told I could go next door and buy an adapter when it was late evening and I was already dressed for bed. Also it was a food dessert. Selections were limited and quite expensive. Breakfast was standard… nothing special. Airport shuttle was advertised but not complementary."
"The rooms were very poorly laid out and didn’t have any glasses, fridge, shower door c shower storage, or extra pillows. We asked for pillows three times and never received any. The hotel staff was not polite and seemed bothered when approached. Worst part was the smoke detector was set off by the shower steam and we had to change rooms at 10pm. No accommodation apology was offered and they spoke to us as if it inconvenienced them. the location was the only positive."
"It's a well located hotel, the room was an okay price. It was a 10 min walk through a lot of winding corridors and lifts to find the room. Not ideal if you have bags. Also, the shower/bath flooded the bathroom each time I used it.
The bed was okay though. Better that I was expecting from a single bed."
"We enjoyed our stay here. I felt the pictures on the website were deceptive regarding the view from the room, but the free breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The staff was kind and professional. We would stay here again. "
