Hotel Executive Inn

"We booked the executive inn for 2 nights but received a message a week before travelling to say a problem with the plumbing in hotel & we’d been moved to sister hotel Orientale . This hotel was dated & not one we’d have booked . I think the plumbing issue unless restricted to the one room was perhaps due to double booking as other people were checking into hotel. We were given a bottle of Prosecco as a gesture which was nice the hotel was central & luckily we didn’t spend too long in it . En-suite was dated with shower cubicles & mould , wouldn’t stay again ."
"This is the most amazing location! We reviewed the photo album showing the condition of the property when the family first started their renovations. The finished product is incredible.
Debora and her staff took such good care of us. We are a party of eight and they made sure that our accommodations were close together, our table was ready at mealtimes, we had pool loungers, and knew where we were heading in town.
Alessandro communicated flawlessly to determine when we would arrive and what we needed.

"This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. The breakfast might have a juicer (didn't my second morning) but had truly tasty things to eat and the lightest scrambled eggs ever. Felt safe and easy."
"At the night, we found the air conditioner was not working in a hot season and the staff in no good manner said that they doesn’t have solution until next’s day. We asked for a room change and as well the answer was not appropriate. The hotel is beautiful, but the night staff not."
"Staff amazing, however room was not great. Stains on bed, broken tiles in bathroom but worst thing was you could hear every noise from the guests next to us."
