"NO ICE IN ENTIRE HOTEL. SUGGESTED THAT MY WIFE WALKS TO A BAR BY HERSELF AT NIGHT AND ASK FOR ICE????!!! No ice, so she chose to walk down the street and purchase food to get A CUP of ice. Totally unacceptable at a luxury hotel. Filed complaint with Hotels.com"
"Location coukd not be better. The room was very comfortable, clean and with all necessaryamenities. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only criticism we have is that the pillows could be of better quality and more comfortable. Having extra pillows in the closet or a pillow menu upon request would have made our stay close to perfect. We went to Buenos Aires for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel made our stay very enjoyable and a trip to cherish."
"Check in was easy, friendly staff. Room was nice and clean.. in all honesty a bit in need of a freshen up is needed, but was absolutely fine for me. Local area is safe, with plenty of transport options, shops for room.supplies, bars and places to eat... Easy to get around to other areas. "
