"The location is calm and lovely for getting around with the Tower Station very close. The view from the room was spectacular and in the end, that’s what we came for. The accommodations themselves are old and in some instances quite poorly maintained but renovations are apparently the underway."
"Friendly staff at reception and choice of room when booking in. All clean and tidy, with not much noise at night. Great location and was very pleased with this hotel as never stayed here before, but certainly will again as easy access to the theatres and opera. "

However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"
