"We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa!
My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more accommodation for those with dietary restrictions.
That said, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return."
"Good breakfast. Convenient location to airport, tourist attractions and popular beaches. There is a beach within 5 mins walk and lots of restaurants near by. The only challenge is finding street parking, parking is not included."

"This is hands down one of the best hotels to stay in. Spend the money and enjoy the stay. The staff is friendly and the beach view is in matched. You walk downstairs and you are on the beach. Free sun chairs at the pool or €24 a day on the beach for two chairs and umbrella.
The restaurant is great and the rooms were clean and everything you want for a vacation."
"An impressive hotel which has been beautifully designed and finished to a very high standard. The pools were all excellent (rooftop jacuzzi a real treat), the landscaping and grounds were beautifully maintained, breakfast was delicious and varied but it was the staff that were the highlight of our stay - everyone was so friendly and more than happy to help! Would recommend."

"Overall experience was excellent, rooms were a little dated and service at the pool bar was slow but can't complain as it did everything we needed it to.
Only complaint was it got very windy by the pool some days!"
"Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot.
The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent.
The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and there should be.
I stayed at the hotel for 17 days and everything was consistently excellent."
