"Amenities and staff are lovely and really kind. They provided insightful recommendations on how to experience Sydney and also it waa very thoughtful of them to leave chocolates and wine in the room as I told them I was proposing that night to my girlfriend. Thanks Hanny, Susan, Buddhi and all others in the counter, you are the best."

10/10 Excellent
"We've stayed at this location many times before, however this has been the best yet. There were some things that could have made it even better.
Check in was very informative and helpful. Although we've stayed here previously, I was unaware that the hotel had a guest laundry. Maybe it's new? We didn't need to use it, but that is very helpful for our future visits.
The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby. This was excellent and had not been available on previous visits. There was a lot of food to choose from, and plenty of vegetarian options. There was even a gluten free station, and alternate milks available for cereals. There's a pancake machine (!). Everything was well-presented, staff were lovely, and the food was great.
This hotel is in a convenient location in Sydney for us on our visits, and is next to/part of a parking structure with reasonable pricing, which is one of the reasons we chose it.
Check out is easy. There is a key drop box near the elevator.
Two things that could have improved our stay: the lamps on the bedhead are not well placed. Have hit our heads on them multiple times, and it is not possible to sit up in bed. Also, a fire alarm went off on one night of our visit. I appreciate that this is a good thing for safety, but I would have liked to have had an announcement that confirmed all clear afterwards. Instead it just ended, and we couldn't relax/didn't know if it was over/safe."
