"Overall it was decent, we felt safe, the beds were comfy, the staff were pretty nice.
Location wise… not great. 40 min walk from the airport (10 minute uber), 20 drive from anywhere cool so not the best.
The vibe of the place was interesting… felt a little like a prison if I’m being honest. Very modern and grey walls and carpet in all the hallways. The elevator was also atrocious and took forever.
Cleanliness was meh… our sheets were stained!
We didn’t use the pool because it closes at 7. "
"The breakfast was really good with many options accommodating all needs and wishes. However, I personally found it quite expensive, being €16.95 per person, even with all the variety. The room was excellent, very spacious, with a mini living room, fridge, two sinks in the bathroom and excellent temperature inside. Yet again, the price was quite high, I believe, having to extend our stay from 1 night to 2 nights, the price per night went from £56 to €158. And this was only a standard room, sharing the double bed with my mum. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who suffers an unexpected disruption to their flight, as we did, as it is very conveniently located next to the airport but also not too far from tourist attractions like the tele cabin and the Colombo Shopping Centre. "
"Airport shuttle was effective. Clean room but small but was just what we needed. Need to leave extra time to catch airport shuttle in the morning as only fits 8 people but we had plenty of time "
"Breakfast is just so so, nothing special. Some of the staffs are not very nice, except for Filippa. When I requested for a packed breakfast, I requested for a brown/wheat bread, instead of white. The staff said yes, but we still got white bread sandwiches. We will look for other hotels next time we come back."
"Loved this hotel. Modern clean rooms which were a good size with space for cases. Quiet air con, soundproofed windows, modern clean bathrooms.
Decent breakfast selection, great location 2 minutes from Rossio metro and Rossio mainline station (for Sintra).
Would definitely stay here again."
"Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. Under renovation so breakfast was a bit chaotic with power cutting out. Our room was quite small, but it was good for one night. "
