Hotel Trillusa is a wonderful hotel. It sits right outside the busy tourist area, yet only a quick taxi/tram/bus ride to downtown Rome. The staff was great, very helpful, and knowledgable about pretty much all tourist items we asked: from booking tours, dining, and even helping confirmed pre purchased tours.

The staff was very kind. We needed to move to a room with a step-in shower because my 82 yo mother had trouble stepping into the tub in her room. They moved her to a (more expensive, I think) room just down the hall so mom would be more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, and just what we needed to start a long day of sightseeing. Just up the hill from Trastervere, quiet, but good restaurant almost next door, wine bar two blocks away, and great park for running in. Super bus service all over. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast in delightful room on top floor, helpful staff. Outside tables in pleasant garden, but not the time of year. This hotel is good value. Would come back.
Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away
Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.
The room was clean and nice. The only thing that could be difficult for some is that you have to kcrawl up on the bed from the foot o which could be difficult if you have mobility isdues. We loved the area with lots of close restaurants and we walked to all major sites. The rooftop bar was lovely!
My stay at the Hotel L’Orologio Roma was perfect. This small hotel is centrally located, providing walking access to many of Rome’s treasures. The room and interior spaces appear to be newly redone. The watch/clock motif adds special charm. The staff were uniformly helpful and fluent in English. This hotel has a stunning rooftop cocktail bar/restaurant with views of central Rome. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is historic. It ‘s location is perfect. A bit outside of the hubbub, but close enough for easy access. Great restaurants, shopping and historical landmarks are all there. The hotel is clean, the staff accessible. The breakfast staff, and we particularly mention Mariana, were so kind and helpful. They all spoke English which was helpful as did the reception staff. Breakfasts were perfect. Many options of hot or cold food, All good.

Great location for Rome . We walked to almost all attractions and restaurants. It can be loud during night due to the location but did not bother us . Excellent place and very safe
The unique thing about Hotel Lunetta is the staff. My husband and I were ill and they arranged a doctor to come and see us. They made sure we had a breakfast packed as we had to be at the airport for departure at 3 am. Friendly, supportive and in love with one of the oldest hotels out of two in Rome. I don’t have enough good things to say about the Otivm Hotel. The location is perfect. Very walkable to every destination in the city. The staff is so incredibly gracious, friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and very attentive. The rooftop bar is so quaint and convenient that one night we just hung out up there. The breakfast is incredible too. I will stay here next time I am in Rome and will recommend it to any and all future visitors!
