Very accommodating about holding luggage and assisting with airport transit. Had a great massage in spa - so convenient to go down in robe! Swimming pool has amazing views. This was ok if you paid for and were expecting budget accommodation but reviews and pictures seemed to suggest it was more than this.
For the same price we stayed somewhere else in Hanoi which was amazing.
