"Internet was not the best, but it was OK. As a place to stay in the city center. It’s very nice. However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement:
One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer.
Two – it’s in the basement requiring older people to carry and find their way without any instructions.
Seem careless, and this was the general attitude of the staff towards their guestsa "
"The hotel was undergoing renovations- they put us on a room with plastic all over the hallway carpets.workers began around 7.30am it was impossible to sleep.
The room was very small - no kettle, no fridge, water provided on first day only.
Breakfast buffet food was below average - over cooked and cold.
While location was excellent - I did not enjoy this hotel at all."
"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."
