10/10 Excellent
"Excellent all the way around. Staff was warm and friendly. The hotel didn’t miss a beat and thought of every little detail. We were extremely happy with our stay and would not stay anywhere else when coming to Buenos Aires!!"
"I have stayed in Casa Joseph five times from 2024 to 2026.
Very helpful front desk, especially Nacho.
They stored our luggage while we went to Patagonia, Antarctica, and Iquazu Falls.
Great location in Palermo. Close to many good eating places.
When returning to Buenos Aires, we will stay in Casa Joseph again.

"I stayed only one night, but everything went well. Good breakfast and very helpful staff in helping me get a tour ticket and retrieving a phone charger that I had forgotten."
"I loved staying as Bens L'Hotel Palermo. I had 2 rooms, one was a suite and one was a standard room. It was like staying in a bed an breakfast, very quaint, and like staying with family (in a good way). The suite was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The standard room was quite small and not much room for anything but the bed. I was surprised by the difference. Again, the hotel was lovely, but the standard was small. If you can afford the suite, take it."
