"What an amazing hotel!
We loved the location in the modern and bustling Makati central business district. The area felt very safe and walkable with great malls and parks in the area. A stark contrast to Manila and the old town.
The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was as well with a great shower and a soaking tub.
We had breakfast included and what a spread! It was delicious and plentiful, perhaps over the top.
The service was impeccable and the staff were always so gracious, kind and serviable.
I will stay here over and over again on future returns to Manila. "
"Spectacular hotel, worth the extra money compared to other 5 star properties in the city. Great that à la carte breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails are included (including the famous Raffles Singapore Sling). Room is incredibly spacious and service is spot on. "
