"I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep and overall I was satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. However, I was surprised and disappointed that even basic tea is not offered as a complimentary service for hotel guests and is charged separately. It felt unusual compared to standard hotel practices where such basic refreshments are typically included. This policy affected my overall impression of the stay."

"We made a reservation and paid online in advance. We arrived at dawn, but we were informed that our reservation had been canceled due to the late arrival, which was a serious mistake.
We had booked the room for one night only so we could rest for a few hours before continuing our journey. After lengthy discussions, and despite how exhausted we were, they finally gave us the room."
