"A really excellent stay. The staff were brilliant. Hotel was spotless and facilities were great. The rooms could do with a slight upgrade (curtains a bit stiff etc) but would definitely stay here again."

"The room that was given to us was really bad due to location. The hotel was located on a busy street where trams go all the time and the room is shaking every time they pass. We were wondering if we were given such bad room because we booked through Expedia and they give better rooms to other travelers? It was just weird because the hotel was less than 50% occupied. The breakfast is ok. I had it worse. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfy. The location is good and close to other places. Parking is limited but we were lucky enough to park there. We would definitely NOT go there again even we visit Zagreb quite often. "
"The hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Receptionists and concierge were always available and accommodating. The only thing is the turndown service. They come early and if we are in the room don’t bother coming back again.
Never once in 4 days.
