"I heard a lot of great reviews buts This hotel was okay. We were in the executive suite on the 27 floor. The floor and the room had a bad smell . Complain but it seem this was the normal . It was struggle to get wash clothes they would only give one for two people. One night I did not get towels at all. Customer service reps were not really helpful. Let’s not forget book water excursion with hotel . It was a hassle getting beaches towels. They did not want us to leave the hotel with the towels . Would I stay here again NO !!"

"Place got this terrible smell a humidity or when you clean with a dirty mop. Room very disgusting and old and still the smell was terrible and the bed i am don't want to talk about it. sorry terrible hotel"
