Hotel N'vY
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful hotel.
Bit of a walk from the train station, but it's well worth it.
The staff were wonderful. always so helpful and willing to share advice - which was very useful while the G7 protest was going on.
The choice from the breakfast buffet was perfect for my taste.
Regretably, I didn't make use of the bar - but there is always next time!
The hotel is really nicely situated in a quiet area, not far from the lake edge.
I will definately be coming back to this hotel."
"Good, central location plenty of food and mini market choices as well as the lake. Friendly and helpful reception staff who were multi lingual. Check in process took a little longer here than other hotels not sure if the room just wasn’t ready or the staff were sorting out other issues. Room was nice and spacious. Good size bed and plenty of space to move. Fridge super useful in the warm weather! Probably could’ve done with another towel but again could’ve easily asked, only a one night stay so was fine. Cleanliness was okay upon first look- behind the bedside tables however a few large clumps of dust, and the kitchen door was splattered with a dark brown oil or sauce. Well air conditioned room. Nice stay overall"
"Clean, comfortable room with air conditioning, spacious bathroom, Nespresso machine and capsules, and fridge. Courteous desk staff. Very happy with our stay for family of 4."
"Please ban smoking on your property. That includes the front area. The showers end up soaking clothing that is hanging. Rusty ceilings in showers. Inconvenience of having lockers outside rooms. Phenomenal breakfast. Poor hygiene by guests. People coughing and sneezing into their hands and then picking up tongs. No fans in hot rooms. No sinks in room. Very friendly staff."
