"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I was charged taxes that should not have been applied, which resulted in a double charge on my bank account. This is a serious issue and shows a lack of transparency.
Additionally, the room did not meet expectations: there was no safe, not even small complimentary water bottles were provided, and the refrigerator did not work properly. The air conditioning caused me allergies during the night, affecting my ability to rest.
The customer service was also below standard. At times, I felt unwelcome, and the overall attention to guests left much to be desired. Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had."
"The hotel is conveniently located in a prime area of Bogotá, offering easy access to a variety of restaurants and a shopping center just a few blocks away. The spacious and comfortable rooms provide a relaxing stay, while the breakfast service is excellent and diverse. The attentive and helpful staff ensures a pleasant experience, and the reception and bar staff are particularly friendly and welcoming. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I highly recommend it without hesitation."
