"Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule.
Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean.

"Loved the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. The pool, gardens and beach were wonderful. Everything felt well looked after and the highlight was the food in the buffet restaurant which was amazing. Over our four day stay there was a huge amount of choice, excellent staff and fresh dishes. Everything we had was of excellent quality. We visited at a fairly quiet time in early March and were lucky with the weather, overall, the hotel is one we would definitely return to. "
"Winter concept not really impressive. But heated outdoor pool is absolutely our favorite fetcher. Hamam, steam rooms, and saunas are great. unabstracted ocean view is superb. On the other side hotel is 35 YO without any major restoration. Not enough charging ports. luxuries are dated. Overall the price we paid is a very good deal. I am recommend this hotel. This our first time in this hotel but we met multiple couples who returned guest of this hotel 🏩 and they said it's one of the best winter concept is the area."
"A very clean and well maintained resort with no water activities during winter season. You can access the pools though which are temp controlled. Staff was Ok, the SPA services - we spend 320 pounds for 2 people - I would say the service was underwhelming (realised we were taken for a ride - so anyone who wants the SPA please avoid the mistake we did and haggle the maximum to get the price right)."
