"The staff is great, but the place itself is awful. The location sucks, very noisy, the windows don't close tightly, the rooms are not sound proofed, the air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly. The rooms are very tiny, I asked to be moved to a different room and the receptionist at the front desk did not know where to put me because all the rooms were noisy. I would give this place a 2 star. "

"Breakfast was nice. Healthy corner. Room clean. Staff nice. Bar ok. Reception checked us in and gave us a wrong room, until for us to inform them, then only we made the move after one day, if we had not asked to be moved to our originally booked room we would have not got it. We asked for tea bags one morning and never got them. Poor service. Pasteries is not there strength, very poor cakes. Bar drinks Ok but can be improved. Room is not complete black out as curtains needs to be setup again to ensure complete black out, they always leave small corners open. "
