"This hotel was wonderful!!! Location was amazing - just steps from the Duomo/Main Square. The hotel was very nice and our room was big for Italian standards. The free breakfast each day was amazing. Lots of choices and very hearty. Staff was wonderful as well. They have a nice fitness gym and even a spa. We really enjoyed our four nights at this hotel. Beds were super comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel and recommend this hotel to any friends and family who came to Milan."

"The hotel was clean and close to everything. They supplied body wash and shampoo (no conditioner - so bring if you want that!). I asked for a washcloth but they gave me a hand towel - so no washcloths available. They also provide robes to the guests and slippers. With it being such a high end hotel - I would have assumed they would have had washcloths and conditioner. The breakfast buffet was very good - there were several options and the coffee was good. I would return back to this hotel if we were staying in Milan again."
