"Location was excellent for touring. Walking distance to most places of interest. In the city center but quieter and safer environment.
Having an elevator a real plus!
Check in staff very helpful and accommodating.
Can rent umbrella in lobby by dispensing machine.
I did not use the pre check in as Did not have English / Canada as choice but other English speaking countries listed. ie. English/ American"
"Needed a walk in shower so they gave us handicap room which we did not want. Shower was difficult to use. When called down to express unhappiness with room, attitude of staff was bad. In addition, room was very dark with few lights. Will not stay there again."
