"Pretty basic (what we wanted). Very good value (what we wanted). Large car park right next to it (£6.33/7 euros for 24 hours). A short walk to the very centre of Bruges. Right next to the train/bus station if you wanted to travel anywhere else whikst staying here. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very happy with the choice of hotel."
"Having previously visited the Ibis Bruges a few years ago, we were very disappointed on this visit to find what used to be the Ibis is now Novotel, and the current Ibis Styles is nowhere near up to the standard of the old Ibis. Breakfast was great (at the Novotel) but overpriced at 15 euros per person per day. Free coffee/tea in the Ibis reception was nice. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the self check in process, when a member of staff was standing right next to me watching my every move and telling me what to enter. The staff member should complete the process to improve customer experience. Very well located in town centre with flat walk into town. Car park immediately under hotel (gets very busy)"
"Very friendly staff. Pink armchairs at reception could do with a clean. Other than that room aw clean a bit small we had the Classic. We were offered bath or shower. We opted for shower maybe it was a mistake as it was quite small. Lovely breakfast. And swimming pool was a nice addition to our stay. Would go back or recommend. "
