"I am very dissatisfied with my experience, I was there for five days and I saw 10 roaches in the room. They were in the bathroom on the sink and all over the room. I notify the from desk when I saw the first three and no one came to spray the room. Also the bathroom had mold in the shower. The room had a potent smell and I had to spray my perfume to get rid of the smell. I try to make the best of my short stay celebrating my tenth wedding anniversary. Not sure if I will return."
"The property and the staff was phenomenal, what I didn't like is the fact that when I booked I was told I'd get a certain amount in US dollars to spend at the resort but when I got there and asked about it they barely explained and told me it's coupons for different stuff but never explained how I would get them or what I needed to do to get them. This was misleading and I was under the impression that I could use the funds on whatever I wanted to."
