"Overall, I would rate our almost 3-week stay 4 stars. The location was excellent – right in the city centre, close to everything, and within walking distance of the train station. The apartment looked just like the pictures listed on Hotels.com and was overall very nice.
There were a few small issues during our stay. The bathroom had quite a strong smell, and the apartment was a bit dark. On our first day, the curtains and curtain rod fell down, but luckily they were light and no one was hurt. Housekeeping during the three weeks was rather minimal, and I ended up doing an extra clean myself after one visit. Unfortunately, soap and toilet paper were never replenished during our stay, so we had to buy these ourselves.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the great location and comfortable apartment, and we would be happy to return again in the future."
"Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Note there are two 1/2 sets of stairs if you are in the 5th floor. Staff help with luggage.
