"Location was great, and your welcomed by a very nice bar that looked good. Check in - pretty poor. No information on breakfast, no information on what the hotel had to offer. Just a card payment taken and a key given Breakfast was fine and the service as we entered the restaurant was really good to be fair Room was cold, half the shower panel was missing. A little noisy from the beer garden down stairs. Lift was also broken Definitely looks better than it is. I would stay again, mainly for location and only if price was competitive"

"Good hotel if you like fade charm. The Group were on 2nd 3rd floor these were ok esp 2nd floor. Rooms below entrance (downstairs) were not so good per part of group that were here last year. On each floor spectacular lounge areas to meet up. Outside over looking sea also very good. Some one in group had been to Waldorf Astoria NY some years ago as part of cruise deal. They rated this hotel better for room 2nd F & open area spaces If this was in London & had some more improvements it would cost serious money."
