"Excellent rooms, well connected hotel, good prices and good breakfast, good high speed WiFi. Pool and sauna were a good surprise. Very helpful staff, roomy, well lit, comfortable room. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again if holidaying in the same area. There was something funny with the drain in one of bathrooms of the rooms we booked. with a smell, but probably an isolated incident."

"Excellent property to stay at. Breakfast was awesome and rooms are spacious and very comfortable. For Ferrari enthusiasts, very close to Ferrari manufacturing plant and Enzo museum in Maranello. Definitely I will stay here on my next trip."

"The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful...they even offered to take our laundry home to help us (we didn't let them work after hours). The location is close to the train station, and walkable to Modena. The room was clean, and the a/c worked well. The curtain was missing, but the shudders worked even better. The breakfast included meats, yogurt and even scrambled eggs."

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, however the AC was ineffective and we were told that there's nothing that could be done to fix it, it seemed that the property was shutting down as we were told that the entire staff had been laid off."
