"Great location on the Loire River. Highly recommend paying a little extra for view. Large comfortable room and bed. Large bath and shower. Good free breakfast. Is right at the tram stop and blocks from very good restaurants and interesting old neighborhoods. The value of this hotel is superior to the sister Hilton property across the road in my opinion."
"We rented a room at the last minute for a low price. This is not a typical hotel. We learned that we had been expected to bring our own linen, and we would [will?] be charged a cleaning fee if the room is not clean enough. Massive space for cost.
This is an event cluster of apartments, and the management is not quite set up for smooth per diem rentals. All things considered, a pleasant stay and we navigated the lack of short term rental support."
"Enjoyed our brief stay at this charming hotel. The reception staff made a GREAT restaurant recommendation. The room was comfortable, well-designed, nicely decorated."
"Once in a lifetime experience with an exceptionally friendly staff, gorgeous air conditioned rooms, an incredible pool and lovely dinner experience overlooking the valley. The grounds are gorgeous as is the drive in. 10/10!"
"A real chateau. Huge bedroom and bathroom. Gorgeous lounge plus a big wooded area for walks. They also have a pool but I didn’t use it. No fridge or safe in the room. Not air conditioned but they provide a fan. Full of history with medieval ruins and 18th century manor house. Great place but I wouldn’t stay in summer because of the lack of air conditioning."
"The staff is nice. The room is nice but no coffee machine in room or bath robes. They had coffee in the main area for tours and told us we could not have any. The restaurant was nice and staff was attentive. We didn't get breakfast too expensive. The hotel should have a shuttle to town it's too far you need a car. This hotel if they don't provide a coffee machine in the rooms they should offer it in the main area."
