"Excellent small boutique hotel, fantastic service from very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location on the lakeside, with a beautiful pool area. Great breakfast buffet and close to a number of great restaurants. Easy walk to get into the town."

"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience. Other than that my room was very good with a kitchen."

"We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building."
