"the staff was friendly and helpful. i did not understand the heating element (you have to set it to 35 degrees celsius to get it going!), so someoe came up to the room to explain it to me. the restaurant was overpriced, but the deli counter in the lobby was more reasonable. i think that charging 2 pounds to use the luggage scale is a cheap move on the hotel's part -- a nice hotel should provide this service free of charge. the shuttle bus was excellent. it ran every 25-30 minutes. it took less than 10 minutes to reach the airport."
