"The room was clean, all amenities included. The shuttle was definitely a plus, and leaves the hotel every hour on the hour, 24/7. If you happened to miss thw shuttle, there are taxis readily available on the hotel compound. Tje close proximity to the the airport is a plus. Arrived at the hotel at 7pm, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

"Beautiful and comfortable room, comfortable beds, and working AC despite the power in the whole city failing for a few hours. The pool is small but very nice and clean. The staff is quick to help and always with a smile. The room keepers do a good job, however, if you are going to tip, tip directly to the people that help you because I noticed some supervisor going onto rooms to grab tips before the cleaners can. Overall a fantastic experience. I will highly recommend to try the Sports Bar, which is nor advertised nor promoted by anyone at the hotel. Enjoy your stay!"
