"An overall lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile at all times.
The room was a good size, a lovely comfy bed, initially pillows were fluffy and not the most supportive but the staff were happy to provide firm pillows on request.
The breakfast was a nice selection that varied day-to-day, but could become a little repetitive after a few days (a problem at any hotel though!).
All food was well cooked and of good quality

The bed was comfortable, the room was long and spacious, and the hotel was quiet. It gave me a very good rest after my journey. Many guests have commented here about the breakfast, and they are not lying! Breakfast choices were extremely varied and the food was great. The hotel even left out food for you to make a lunch or snack...

He is nice, friendly and thorough in explanation of what we will expect during our stay in the hotel. He has great customer service.
