Staff were friendly at very helpful considering not much English was know but better than my Spanish lol.

"Terrible perfume in the reception, gives you an instant headache. Old but ok room. Clean! Swimming pool in the adjacent hotel, not the one we stayed in - a definite minus. On the plus side, breakfast was nice, especially the Spanish specialities. "

But in the hotels common areas like hallways, lobby and restaurants the cold A/C was working. Room was burning we turn off the heat and oppen the windows two day without sleep because the noice in the street. No solution provided like a fan. Go to this hotel in the summer if you want A/C"

"We had a nice stay. The apartment was well equipped, the pool area was very nice, and the locking bicycle area (with tools) was helpful. It is a good base for many of the cycling climbs in the area around La Massana. It is possible to walk from the apartment to La Massana and Ordino."

The restaurant area has a very nice atmosphere and we spend a few of our nights eating and drinking in there. The room was small for 4 adults, but the hotel provides a locker to store ski equipment in. The room is quite basic but is what we needed for a ski trip....

Nice spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. Room was very pleasant. Only thing we found was no spoon or milk to make a coffee although there was coffee and sugar. No internet signal on Andorra but hotel WiFi was great! Definitely stay again."
