"I only stayed one night, but this was one of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff gave me ice for a sore back after driving a lot. They also walked around and chatted with the hotel guest at dinner and were all around super amazing! They even put out a paper with today’s weather at each guest’s breakfast table…The hotel view is also spectacular! "

"We stayed overnight at the hotel whilst waiting for guests to vacate our apartment. The hotel was self check in, a folder with name and room number was left at reception. The room was clean and had coffee/tea facilities. It also had a seating area with a tv mounted on a wall bracket but not very well so if you were sitting on the sofa or sitting on the bed the tv would swing around but not enough to get a good view!
The bathroom radiator didn’t work so an electric fire was in the bathroom!...

"Room was very clean and also the interior was clean. However the hotel would need some refurbishment, as the furniture looks run down already.
The stuff was polite and helpful except the waiters. That is a shame and I have never met such unprofessionalism ever.
The pool was really big and warm. Sauna/SPA great. Library and fitness was also very usable. "

"Wonderful stay at the Schloss! Rooms are very clean with a ton of character. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. We loved the spa area with the sauna and pool. And we had two excellent breakfasts and two excellent dinners at their on site restaurant. Not to be missed!"

"The hotel was fine. Had all you need and dining staff was great. The images are misleading. The view from the steam room biológico is photoshopped. The view from pool and other steam room are also not accurate. The views make it seem isolated but it is in a busy area with lots of hotels restaurants and houses. Great for convenience to the slopes but misleading in photos. Also be away no one under 16 is allowed in the heated outdoor pool or the saunas imaged. They have a basement level...
