"me and my husband was picking our daughter up from college in victoria. This was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff was wonderful nice and kind. The room was was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful. Over all everything was wonderful. and when we go back we will stay again if possible."

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable .
The elevator was having issues my first stay so I choose to only stay on the first floor .
Otherwise every was great .

"The staff was one the nicest staff. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that the staff were not as good as them. Can’t say enough about how friendly, helpful, and respectful they all are. We had to bring our German shepherd, and they loved on him all week and were so sweet to him.Always had a treat for him. We had one issue, (which I won’t post, because I would want everyone to give them business because of their great attitudes). I told the night person, she was so apologetic and I am sure it will...

"Honestly I can say so many good things about this place! It was quiet and adorable. My family all shared one side of the 2nd story and it was awesome. The view of the city was beautiful, the walking distance from everything, our room and bathroom were clean and comfy! I will be back for sure! "

"This is our chosen hotel when we go to the area to see family, etc. We could tell a marked difference since we were here last (before the pandemic). The hotel was newish back then. Now: Bathroom fixtures needed repair, towels had stains, mildew was evident, there was hair on our sheets. But a/c was great and staff was nice. Still likely the best option in town."
