Breakfast was underwhelming and the environment was scruffy with birds flying everywhere and fresh and old bird poo on the dining chairs that were old and uncomfortable. The staff were pleasant. "Staff was nice and attentive. Food is pretty good, normal for an all inclusive. Would recommend meals off-premise too just to change it up. Pool and beach are outstanding, but they should do a better job with guests 'reserving' pool beds and hardly ever being there. They need more beds around the pool. Check-in was a little tricky, but they do provide amenity usage and drinks/snacks if you're early. I'd go back, but its a 4 not a 5 star experience. Still very good value considering.
