The hotel is very clean and nice however there were construction activities in the hotel in which they should reduce their prices accordingly the construction start very early in the morning and blocks the beach access, the kids club is nice but there is no activities so you must stay with the kids!! The location of the hotel is nice quite, value for money is medium comparing to other countries I visited. However in Morocco it is little on the high end.

If you want a true Moroccan experience, this is the place for you. Comfortable bed, clean linens, plenty of hot water, beautiful decoration, helpful staff and perfect location. You can feel safe here as the main entrance door is always locked and is not on the main street. The breakfast which is part of your stay is wonderful. Plenty of local pancakes, croissants, jams, jellys, honey, pistacho yoghurt and wonderful coffee. TV in room works wonderfully, but do expect to have internet...

Our family enjoyed staying in this clean, 2 bath, 2 bedroom condo. We appreciated comfy beds, clean linens and laundry machine. There was toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo which made us feel welcome and at home. Kitchen is fully equipped for family breakfast. The location is great - marina and beach - 5 min walking distance, medina - 15 min walk. Restaurants, cafes, shops, night life - everything is conveniently close.

Could Matisse be wrong? He stayed at this hotel, one of the oldest in North Africa, and painted the view from his room. You can still enjoy it, as the room has been preserved as a mini-museum. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the medina and just a short walk to the kasbah. The staff could not be more helpful. Find out why Franklin Roosevelt, Paul Bowles, William Burroughs, Tennessee Williams and many, many more luminaries loved this storied hotel.
