A bus stop is very close, though we usually just walked into the city; it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Gare Centrale. A grocery store is nearby, and an excellent Thai restaurant is across the street. We used the kitchen for simple breakfasts. We used the laundry, though the dryer gave us an error message (perhaps it was user error), so we dried our clothes on the towel...
