"The hotel seems to have two areas, an old and kindda refurbished, and a new one. We stayed what seems to be the old. The room size was good to fit 4, but would be nice to have some work done at the room. He breakfast is very good and well served, in a very good installation. Gym has very good equipment, what most hotels.woudnt have, but the air conditioner was not working. Covered parking lot. The area doesnt offered much in a walking distance, you will have to use the car all the time. "

The restaurant was not open and apart from a couple of bars nowhere to eat nearby without walking into the City. About a 20 minute walk into Perugia. "
