"Renovated hotel, superior service in restaurants (espacialy Donna Elisa rest 5 star hotel service) and everywere, they have very good food, sunset, terrasse, and amazing lounge music in all bars and rest. Room view on magnificiant beach (water
sand). Near amazing little town with stores, rest., boardwalk, etc 10 min walk. We arrived at hotel by bus 20 min walk in a besutiful town (easy)"

My only complaint is the train station is too far away to walk, so I had to take a $25 cab ride each way to get from the train to the hotel and back. "

"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them!
In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

The loud night time shows could be a problem (9 to 12pm), in this case get one of the huts further up the hill.
The phone app is a good idea, but would be fantastic if it was also in other languages (not just Italian). "
