"The property is charming and conveniently located, the spa is wonderful, the front desk team is very pleasant, the room was nice, ac worked great (it was hot), bathroom only had a small shower which was a bit disappointing, small misses (tv did not work and was not repaired and coffee was not refilled one day) made it not a true 5 star experience"

"A well presented and very clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows, high spec bathroom and overall luxury feel to the room. Lobby and dining area were very well designed and presented.
Nothing nearby apart from a motorway and mcdonalds. The outside of the hotel still has ongoing construction.
Overall, useful to stay over if doing nearby business and very good room standards. Will stay again.

"We had a very enjoyable stay in Delft and the property is an easy walk from the beautiful pedestrianised town centre. There's also an easy bus to/from the station, which helped when we had our luggage with us.
Our room was splendid and had a great view (Deluxe) and the staff were helpful and efficient.
Breakfast was good value and there were plenty of high-quality options.

Very modern, everything we needed and more, comfy and huge bed, lovely bathroom, staff were very friendly, it was very quiet and nice and clean. Only inconvenience was no hotel parking for electrical cars due to weight for the lift, but there are plenty of parking opportunities in 5min walking distance so no big problem. "
