"We are on a road trip across the central europe and we have been stay at many hotels. This hotel is one of the great ones. Pet friendly clean and comfortable. Rooms are wide and nicely decorated. Espacially staff is well professionals with friendly. Dining and brakfast was good. Definitely a come back point for us. Special thanks to the front desk agent who has a mohawky haircut sorry mate i forgot your name. I am also a hotel owner and that guy should be front desk manager. He explain...

"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late.
