"Check in was smooth, the reception and restaurant staff was helpful and service was good.
HOWEVER, it was a terrible experience on the day we checked out. Another reception lady was there and presented with poor attitude and being very rude. Sadly that the whole staying experience was ruined by this lady. Hospitality means a lot in the hotel/tourism industry, at least - basic manner please.

"My fiancé and I booked this hotel, last minute after leaving the outlets. What a wonderful surprise. Staff was was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was just ok, if I were to ever stay here again, I would skip it. Highly recommend."

"Very clean and comfortable rooms. Wi-fi was excellent and I was able to use the work desk/space to conduct virtual meetings easily. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent place to stay if you want convenient access to Ramstein AB and the surrounding area."

"Was my first time to Germany and was there for work. The hotel was very nice and the couple who own and run it gave it a nice Bed and Breakfast feel even though it is a nice full size hotel. I will definitely stay there again if I travel to the area in the future. "

"A nice hotel overall - GREAT food in my opinion.
During the very hot week of 18 July the A/C in the lobby and inside restaurant area was not working which made it VERY warm at Reception and around the Bar area and in some of the hallways. However my personal room had good A/C and was very comfortable. There was a minor issue with hot water not being available for about 24 hours but did not impact me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and they made the best of a challenging situation....

Great junior suite.
Food in Olive restaurant was tasty and plentiful.
Breakfast in the cafe was nicely set out and had more options than was expected for continental breakfast.
Would definitely stay there again."

"We were only there for one night but everything was excellent. The restaurant was very good and the little bar area was tiny but perfect for us. The beds we exceptionally comfortable and the parking was right outside and very convenient for getting our bags in. We enjoyed the experience and recommend this place to anyone."
