"Wonderful stay. Clean rooms. Such friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant was temporarily closed but they still made sure there was a full breakfast buffet every morning and dinner had a set menu option each night. The pool was open and warm! Lots of parking if you’re renting a car. Great proximity to Florence and rest of Tuscany if you plan to tour around yourself. "

"Great experience at Hotel Villa Carlotta. Quiet location with a lovely pool that unfortunately we didn't have time to use. My only note was it would have been nice to have been offered a drink while we were sat by the pool on our first morning but that's a minor minor detail. "Traveled with my daughter our flight was canceled arrived at 1am . Gentlemen at front desk was very kind and took great care of us.
Next day another staff member helped me plan a private tour to the countryside . He set us up with Albert Zeka. Went to a beautiful boutique vineyard. Most magical day I have ever experienced.
