Our trip started on a high note thanks to the incredibly friendly reception staff. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was also a good size for two people to stay without any discomfort. Above all, the breakfast was delicious and the 24-hour free snacks were a huge plus. The location is also great—only a 5-minute walk from both the tram and subway stations. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Milan!"
