"Beautiful and comfortable room, comfortable beds, and working AC despite the power in the whole city failing for a few hours. The pool is small but very nice and clean. The staff is quick to help and always with a smile. The room keepers do a good job, however, if you are going to tip, tip directly to the people that help you because I noticed some supervisor going onto rooms to grab tips before the cleaners can. Overall a fantastic experience. I will highly recommend to try the Sports Bar, which is nor advertised nor promoted by anyone at the hotel. Enjoy your stay!"
