"it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters. "

"We loved this property. Our rooms were spacious, bathrooms were nice and clean and the breakfast were good. The restaurant is only open for breakfast, which is included, and dinner from 6 - 8. We were pleasantly surprised by the food in the restaurant. We went there the first night because of convenience and weren't expecting much. "A beautiful hotel with stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a lovely cabin vibe to it. I would say the interior definitely needs a refurbishment as it’s very dated, also air conditioning would be amazing as it’s so hot in the summer. Although dated, it does give it some charm. Overall a good stay!"

"We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Neuhausl. I would stay there again if I returned to Berchtesgaden. I used the swimming pool multiple times for my first swimming in years. We ate there every dinner for our 4 day stay because the food was excellent, as were the prices and service. We visited Salzburg Austria and Konigsee. both only 30 minutes or less away. There was always a staff member available that spoke good English and they were helpful. "

"Some charges such as the pet charge are currently slightly out of date. On hotels.com it claims 10€ a night, in person 12.5€ a night and on the bill 15€ a night. While parking is clearly stated it does seem a little expensive. The room was quite nice with a very modern bathroom. The view from our window was lovely and having AC is always a plus.
