When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. They brought me back the broken one and said just to leave it turned on and plug it in like that it’ll work fine. When I’m paying good money for a beautiful hotel room with a...
