The best hotel we have ever booked. The price for what we got was exceptional. Our “room” was like a whole apartment, the bedroom, living room and bathroom were all separated compared to a lot of hotels we would stay at. Our stay that we paid for also came with the free breakfast buffet. The staff was also very friendly. We did takeout a couple times and a robot would come deliver to our room.

Other than the pandas and the Sichuan food, the Grand Hyatt was easily one of the best parts of our trip to Chengdu. First of all, the hotel just opened in early 2016. Everything feels clean and almost new. More importantly, the service was so good, it had us scratching our heads. The staff were full of smiles, friendly, responsive and helpful. They didn't always have the best or most accurate advice so I would double check things, but they always tried hard. We got a Grand Suite with two twin...
